They come as a pair of straps plain (no embroidery or personalisation) to help you never having to struggle carrying more than one stick again. Whether it's storing your sticks at home, transporting them to the rink, carrying them in and out of the rink or storing them on the coach ride. Stick Straps Plain
We get it - sometimes something just doesn't work for you and you want to return or exchange. As long as item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these up until 30days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:
- If an item is marked as 'Final Sale', this item is non-returnable.
- Can be returned if they are sealed in their original packaging.
- Personalised items can't be returned.
To receive a full refund on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Eh! Hockey will not be able to refund postage costs unless we have made a mistake on your order.
Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered to you or are left with a person or place nominated by you.

You should check all products you receive against your order as soon as possible to make sure they reflect what you ordered and that they are not damaged or are not as described. If you discover that the products do not reflect what you ordered, are damaged or are not as described you must tell us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering this by email.
