Palm replacement per glove

Full Palm replacement on a single glove (gussets are not part of the palm).
Youth sizes 8-9
Junior sizes 10-12
Senior sizes 13-15

Pricing depends on the model of the glove, material selected and customization.
We can also do wide (Eagle), extra long, and Jofa gloves.

Goatskin - Some in stock: Mustang (Kangaroo, Mid-Blu, Grey), Pattern Snakebite Grey, Pearl White.  Special Order other colours/patterns.
Horsehide - Pre-made, very limited availability

AX Suede - Available in light tan colour.

Palm Patch Sewn In

Patch is sewn into the main palm area.  The sooner a hole is discovered and patched, the increased success of a patch prolonging the life of the existing palm.

Finger Patch Sewn In

Patch is sewn into a finger area.  The sooner a hole is discovered and patched, the increased success of a patch prolonging the life of the existing palm.

Thumb Patch Sewn In

Patch is sewn into the thumb area.  The sooner a hole is discovered and patched, the increased success of a patch prolonging the life of the existing palm.

Gusset Repair

Gusset repairs - Stitching repairs done either during a re-palming or when no re-palming is done.
 

Gusset Replacement

Gusset Replacement - Replaces the entire material around the fingers, it does not include the index side or pinkie side (see re-build). 

Per glove, can be done with or without a re-palming. 

Nash, Clarino, AX Suede, Mesh and stretch knit are available options currently.  Colours are subject to availability from suppliers.

Gusset Reconstruction
Gusset Reconstruction - Replaces the damaged section of material around the fingers (not the side of pinkie or index - that falls under gusset re-build).
Per glove cost either with a re-palming or without re-palming. 
Nash, Clarino, AX Suede, Mesh and stretch knit are available options currently.  Colours are subject to availability from suppliers.
 

Gusset Re-Build (all gussets)

Re-Build of all gussets on the glove. This also includes the relocation of padding from old to new gusset (pinkie and finger padding). 

Cost is per glove.  Gusset replacement done with or without palm replacement.

Nash, Clarino, AX Suede, Mesh and stretch knit are available options currently.  Colours are subject to availability from suppliers.
 

Binding replacement

Replacing of binding on the edge of gloves, elbow pads, shin pads, shoulder pads, equipment bags, etc.
 

General stitch repairs

Reinforcing stitching or missing stitches.  Done by machine or hand.
This service charge is £10 for the first 15minutes, 50p per minute after the first 15minutes.
 

Velcro replacement

Replacing Velcro on equipment or strap.  Can be done as a single or in pairs.
Velcro length and width of existing is required to determine original length and replacement cost.
 

Elastic strap with velcro per strap

Replacing elastic strap with hook or loop per strap.  Strap length and width of existing is required to determine original length and cost of repair.
 

Padding replacing, adding, or customised

Whether it’s adding extra padding to existing equipment or replacing old/missing padding. Possibly recovering from an injury and want to have that extra protection. Speak with us about options.
Examples: shin pads, knee inserts, pants, shoulder pads, gloves, base layer (under gear), helmet, etc.
 

Pant (Shorts) mending

Mending cut, rip, fraying of pants/shorts with fabric.
Sewing only repairs will be £10 for the first 15 minutes, 50p per minute after the first 15 minutes.

Patching over cuts, frays, etc.
 

Short (Pant) cover repairs

Repairs to short covers
 

Name bar, letters or patches sewn on 

Provide us with a name bar, captains' letter or sponsor patches and we can sew them on.
 

Skate Tongue Replacement

Supply your own or have us supply one.  We can swap out your skate tongues.
We can also add in extra felt (special order) to your tongue.

Skate Work

Tendon guard repairs and replacements available.
Cuff padding and materials worn away?  We can repair this as well.
Eyelets - ripped out or stretched, we rebuild internally and externally.  Eyelet installation is done by a local shop for us OR you can have your local shop install the eyelets.
Punching out painful or hotspots.

Steel for blades we offer JRZ Global (former Step Steel) and BladeTech (via Shinny Ice Hockey)
 

Shot Blockers / Plating

We offer both skate and glove shot blocking protection.
For skates we offer Custom Skate Works Ultra Stop - the top material out there, used and trusted by the pros.  Can be shipped to you to install yourself, we’ll send the information to do a template for us to cut the Ultra Stop for your skates.  Or we can install it.
Other option is a thermoform material which is installed in our shop for correct fit and placement.

For gloves was offer a standard thin overall thickness option.  We can do thicker options as well as other impact absorbing foams.
These come in full or half (plating) for back of hand. We can also do customising when recovering from injury on fingers, fingerstips, side of index or pinkie, etc.  Can be installed on both player and goalie gloves. 

Stick Shaft Repairs
Broken stick shaft, we do a full repair and warranty the repaired spot.
