At this time, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds due to the customization of the product. If there is an issue with the design or damage to the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
Once an order is placed, we cannot issue a refund.SHIPPING:While we strive to plan to ship the products as fast as possible, we know there is always a possibility for delay so please be mindful when placing your orders.
Most of our packages are sent tracked Royal Mail.
