Sold as pair and with lacing to install.

Can be made to the thickness of 1/2", 1", 1.5" and extreme cases 2".Typically 1/2 & 1" are done 6" in length but can shorten to 4-5" if you want more toe mobility.The 1.5 & 2" are usually 4" in length.
Not sure the size you need?
To choose the correct size, you can tape a piece of firm foam or cardboard in different sizes to the bottom of your pads to try it out first. Do this both standing and in the butterfly position.
