Turnaround times:
We work 4 days a week on repairs, those are our business days.

• Bookings - with confirmed dates of when the equipment will be arriving to us. These bookings will take the priority over drop-ins. 3-6 weeks. If you miss your confirmed date window, you will be assigned to the earliest booking time we have.

• Drop-ins - will get slotted in when we can fit them in, otherwise they will be assigned the earliest "booking" time we have when they come in. 4-8 weeks or longer.

• If you require a faster turnaround time (not always available) then we advise using our emergency/priority service - which costs more cost more.
   

We do this to be able to do the repairs in a timely manner and set realistic expectations for our clients.

 

Quotes could take 2-3 weeks to receive due to booked appointments.  Please provide photos and details of the damage/needing repair to avoid delays.
